“It’s a beautiful ungraded hotel in the mountains. The drive up there is beautiful, and there are a lots of hiking trails around. The place is very secluded and quiet. Lots of fun games inside and outside for kids and adults.”

“This hotel was a great place to stay in Eger. The rooms were a bit small, but very clean and everything (shower, intranet, etc) worked well. The beds were very comfortable. And the breakfast in the morning was outstanding. One could easily walk to most parts of Eger from this hotel. I was surprise me to find out they charged for parking -- they said it was to pay for the security system. It sort of threw me -- why did they need a security system if this was a safe area? But it was……

“Pros: The property is close to the centre of Màtrafüred, where the restaurants are, and it is also close to the hiking trails. It has a pool (though it is a bit dated) a kitchen and dining area for guests to use, as well as a sauna and a nice back garden in the woods.
